| May did not tie/glue the knot past my natural hair. She glued my natural hair in the knot. She should have braided past my natural hair then knotted it. I would not have lost my hair if she did. |

| I had 7 inches of hair, I now have between 4-5 inches of hair after letting May and her sister Panda microbraid my hair. They are unprofessional. Don't let them braid your hair! |

| I went to May in April to get microbraids. She did not braid my natural hair past the knotted end. When I cut my knots to take the braids down, I cut my hair. DON't GO TO THIS WOMAN!! |
